Do I need a SUBTYPE account to order online?
You can place an online order as a guest, without having to create a SUBTYPE account.
We recommend creating a SUBTYPE account so you can enter raffles, easily keep track your orders, view your order history, keep up to date on news and exclusive offers and save your information, allowing you to checkout faster.

How do I update my account details or reset my password?
Updating your details |
Login to your customer account here and click into 'My Account'. Select edit and update your account information as required.
Resetting your password |
Click here and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Alternatively, login to your customer account and select 'Change Password'.

Where can I see my order history?
To view your past orders, log into your account and click 'Order history'. If you placed your order as a guest, without logging in, your order will not be registered under you account.

Why can't I sign into my account?
If you're having trouble signing into your account we recommend resetting your password. Please note that if you have signed up to our mailing list it is sperate to having an online account.

I can't see my order in my account?
If you checked out as a guest, please note that your order won't show up in your "order history" if the account was created after placing the order.
